Socks that are meant for outdoor adventures! These sporty socks feature some small stripes strategically placed at the toe and cuff. You will be working them toe-up and making a fleegle heel. 2x2 ribbing begins at the heel and creates a nice visual as the rib angles up with the increases in the heel. The rest of the leg continues in 2x2 ribbing and then the cuff is finished with 1x1 ribbing. While a variety of decrease stitches are used in the heel section, these are thoughtfully placed to create a perfectly mirrored heel.
TECHNIQUES TO TRY - Turkish cast-on, M1’s, a variety of decreases including k2tog, p2tog, ssk and ssp, fleegle heel and tubular bind-off

Foot circumference: 6” (7”, 7.75”, 8.5”) or 15 (17.5, 19.5, 21)cm.
