I offer individual and small group classes specially curated to your personal needs. Lessons last 2 hours.

• Group classes for 2 people ($100)

• Group classes for 3 people ($125)

• Group classes for 4 people ($150)

Held in person at an agreed upon location within the city of Victoria, BC or on zoom.

Catered specifically to you. Are you a beginner, wanting to learn the basics? Need to brush up on a certain technique? Want to knit a project from start to finish and receive guidance along the way? I have 30+ years of knitting experience and a background in teaching with a bachelors degree in education. With my passion for the craft and years of teaching/tutoring experience, I’m here to give you the guidance you need. I can’t wait to share my experience with you, you will learn tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years. We will go beyond the simple act of knitting and purling and dive into so much more.

I am particularly fond of colourwork and brioche projects but lace and cables are so enjoyable and rewarding. Socks and sweaters are always my favourite things to work on but I’m happy to help with any project you have in mind from hats and headbands, shawls and scarves, mitts and mittens and everything in between! As a knitwear designer myself I can guide you in designing and writing your first pattern.

Classes are designed for your needs. What level of knitter are you?

0 - Absolute beginner, introduction to knit and purl stitches.

1 - Beginner, refresh on skills, introducing some shaping stitches.

2 - Intermediate, introducing new techniques and building skills and experience

3 - Advanced, introduction to advanced techniques

4 - Expert, focus on improving a specific skill.

5 - Designer, introduction to knitwear design and pattern writing
